With more than 24 years experience in the financial services field, Cesar has seen trends come and go. Despite those trends he’s realized that the key to obtaining one’s financial goals is through good planning and with the aid of ongoing relationships.

Cesar began his career with IDS (now Ameriprise Financial Advisors) in Fresno, CA where he learned the importance of considering all aspects of someone’s finances prior to making any recommendations. He then spent almost ten years at Great Western Bank and Washington Mutual assisting bank customers with their investment and insurance needs.

After a distinguished career working with individual clients, Cesar left Washington Mutual to become the Vice President of Western Sierra Bank’s financial services division where he was given the responsibility of creating and running the entire financial services department. The next two years Cesar lead the department to profitability.

This banking structure endeavor gave Cesar the realization that if he wanted to serve his clients to the fullest without any limits, the financial world of independence and his roots in planning is where he and his clients need to be.

He then realized there are many financial advisors that are not familiar with complex life insurance strategies. He also realized that many business owners don’t prepare for retirement as well as others.

He now is helping small to medium business owners and financial advisors in putting together more robust plans, especially when it comes to major transitions in their lives.

Cesar lives in Rocklin with his wife Julie and one of their five children. He enjoys golf and exercising, including training for triathlons and spending time with his family.
